My appointment was 45 minutes later than what I scheduled. I do understand that there are a lot of people requesting tests. On the other hand, I am continually amazed and encouraged by the smiles in the eyes of the healthcare workers I've encountered. I'm not sure how you all are doing it. Keep up the good work.
